Day 4 of 7 days of lovely logic

No one is the reason of your happiness except you, yourself.

I agree with this to a point, unfortunately today I don’t have any words of wisdom so I am jumping right to self reflection.

Self- Reflection

Today I feel less inspirational, more like real talk. No one is the reason of your happiness except you, yourself. This is self reflection, my self reflection and here it is, so maybe one day I will feel different about this quote because part of me truly believes it. Right now I am feeling like yes, we are the reason for our happiness but I strongly believe that other people influence the way we feel and even view happiness. I was unhappy last year, I know it and my ex knows it. His particular actions made me unhappy, which affected the other areas of my life. So in my experience, depending on the amount of influence someone has in your life they can influence your happiness. Why? Because thoughts occupy our minds, good thought make us feel happy, while bad thoughts make us sad. If someone is consistently telling you, you are the most important person in their life and actually show it then you will start feeling and thinking important which in turn will make you happy. If someone is telling you, you are ugly and their actions reflect that then you will start to feel insecure about yourself which in turn will make you feel like you are ugly or make you feel less of yourself. To this people will tell you to not let other people’s words worry you, but even the most confident of us will give bad words told to us some thought.

Here is the real truth, everyone feels a certain way when told good or bad words. We can take them for a while, or not at all. The real key to happiness that is controlled by you, yourself is taking yourself out of the situation. That will make you happy,

if any situation is making you unhappy take yourself out of it.

That is how you control your happiness, surround yourself with happy situations because people around you will affect your happiness no matter what anyone tells you.

Love,
