Do we have Unlimited Freedom of choices ?

Hello adventurers,

How I have missed you if you are still there. My last post was in July and plenty has happened since then. Mostly bad, and the continuous journey of finding myself. Today I will begin by talking about other people, because it is important to remember that people in our lives do affect how we think, how we live our lives, and how we react to things that happened.

Here is a perfect example,

You wake up feeling great, you praise your higher power for another good day and you move on with your day. Your friend then calls you, and says that they crashed your car that you let them borrow as you were being a good friend. On top of that, your friend has no insurance so who pays for the new car? Your friend can’t afford one, that’s the reason she/he borrowed your car. So you put the claim on your insurance because you need a car, and your rate goes up. So now your perfectly beautiful day feels ruined alone with your low insurance price. Your friend is an accessory to your decisions, they didn’t make the decisions for you but they very well helped with the situation being the way it is.

We as humans are born into a world in which we spend our lives reacting to things around us.

Free will is not unlimited

We did not choose to be born, to be conceived. We did not choose the language we first learned. When was the last time your truly chose something? Never. The food you eat, is that your choice? To a degree yes, but when answering remember free will is not unlimited. You are choosing your food based on either seeing is before, eating it before, or hearing about it before. You are choosing your career the same way, your mate the same way, your children’s names the same way. You are not going to name your child the same name as the ex you loved who cheated on you and broke your heart.

We were all born in a world that was already formed and we spend our lives reacting to things that are already in existence.

We sleep at night because we were taught nights are for sleeping, because the sun sets at that time. The sun was already in existence when we were born, we did not create the sun so therefore we have no complete choice. We are limited to two choices, sleep at night or stay up at night. That is not unlimited free will or freedom which ever you choose.

So remember to not beat yourself up when you react to something in your life in a way you regret later. Because in all true reality you did not have unlimited choices, you will make mistakes in your choices. It will affect your future, it will affect your future choices and decisions. You will pay for it or you will be rewarded for it. Either way that is ok, because these plenty more limited freedom where that came from. Regardless of how something feels now, the illusion called time will slowly fade memories away; and I personally can’t wait to be there.

Love,
